Dood. Liek, there are a lot of car commercials like that. Hahaha. I haven't seen that one, but I saw some SUV commercial where the guy is driving on some winding road. The woman in the passenger seat was holding onto the handles above the window, and she kept looking over at the guy. It was a, "I'm having a secret orgasm, do you like that? Keep taking those curves like that, mmmm!" kind of look.
Or what about that febreeze commercial where the woman is driving in circles while smelling the seat...while also having an orgasm or something. Ewww. DX
